You have the option to edit the event or campaign details directly within the web app.

To edit the event or campaign details, please follow these steps:
- Click on the desired event or campaign you want to edit in Lookout (only FD Live) or Wave.
- Click on the three dots and then select "Edit."
To edit the event details (in Lookout):
To edit the campaign details (in Wave): - Changes made to the event in Lookout (only FD Live) will automatically update the campaign details in Wave and vice versa. It doesn’t matter where these changes are made.
- Make the desired changes.
- If needed, copy artist(s) and/or program details from other events or campaigns: Click here for more information.
- Click on Submit. Your changes will be applied within a few hours, or at the latest within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT:
- When editing event or campaign details, you must not have started the campaign setup yet. If you have already started, you must first cancel the campaign setup (note: all previously created content will be deleted). Otherwise, the Taste Clusters with topic recommendations will not be updated with the new data.
- For campaigns that are already active, no updates will occur when event or campaign details are changed.
