Please note that our customer support team will be unavailable on the following public holidays in Berlin, Germany. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to plan accordingly:

  • New Year's Day: January 1st
  • International Women's Day: March 8th
  • Good Friday: Friday before Easter Sunday
  • Easter Monday: Monday after Easter Sunday
  • Labor Day: May 1st
  • Ascension Day: 40 days after Easter Sunday
  • Whit Monday: 50 days after Easter Sunday
  • German Unity Day: October 3rd
  • Christmas Eve: December 24th
  • Christmas Day: December 25th
  • Boxing Day: December 26th
