Multi Token Management

Multiple users can connect multiple accounts at the same time

1.  Multi token management -

    1. It involves storing multiple active tokens per user, ensuring accurate asset access. On the Meta asset page (on Settings page), multiple users can add their assets simultaneously.
    2. On the Meta asset page, each asset row includes a Connected by label, identifying the users responsible for connecting that asset. Since multiple users may connect the same asset, multiple names may appear in this label. If a user looses access to an asset, they are removed from the Connected by list.
    3. We also have introduced an interdependency between different assets. This means that during campaign setup, if Account A is selected but does not have access to Pixel A, that pixel will not appear on the Select Account page. This prevents users from selecting pixels that are inaccessible to the chosen account, avoiding failed campaign publications on Meta (Previously, users had to reassign access, causing frequent errors).
  1. Asset owner -

An asset owner is the one who adds their assets on the Meta Assets page. Once added, they can decide which assets to make visible to others and which to keep private. By enabling or disabling assets, the owner controls their visibility—disabled assets remain hidden from other users. While the owner has full visibility into all assets linked to their Meta account, other users can only access the assets the owner has enabled. In this way, the asset owner can hide their private assets from other users. IMPORTANT: The enabled assets will be available for selection by all users when setting up a campaign. Therefore everyone can set up a campaign for every account which has been enabled by the user.
