This article shows you how different data points are named in Future Demands data base. This is above all important for asking questions as specific as possible in Sentinel to get the right answers.
This article is relevant for: FD Live Professional
To get accurate results with Sentinel, it is crucial to ask questions that make sense in the context of the data schema with ideally no room for interpretation. For this purpose the Sentinel data schema is provided in this article.
How to get your information as fast as possible from this article and use it properly:
- Depending if you are asking for the category event, transactions or customers you can scroll down to the right section.
- Press Ctrl or Command + F to open the search function and type in the data point you are looking for to define your question in Sentinel. (i.e. artist, ticket type, composer,...)
- Once you found the right name of the data point and you found also the name of the actual example for your question you can define your question.
For example:- "Give me a list of customers where the city is Berlin and the ticket category is regular" To get all clients in Berlin who never bought a discounted ticket but only regular price tickets.
- "Give me a list of events where in the field composer is Mozart" to get all events where pieces of Mozart were part of the program
