Editing campaign budget and runtime after publishing
You can now edit the budget and runtime of your campaigns directly in the web app — even after publishing. This works for active, paused, or inactive campaigns.
This article is relevant for: All subscriptions
How it works :
-
Once a campaign is published, the Active Campaign cluster appears above Setup Campaign.
-
It shows the total budget and total runtime (aggregated across all Taste Clusters).
-
Any changes you make will automatically apply across all clusters.
Editing budget and runtime:
-
Open the Active Campaign cluster.
-
Edit the budget and/or runtime.
-
Note: You cannot change the start date if it is already in the past.
-
-
Confirm your changes in the overlay.
- After making edits, you’ll see a confirmation overlay showing the new daily budget that will be applied to Meta. Once you confirm, the changes will begin syncing with Meta

Important notes:
-
Sync delay: It may take 5–10 minutes for changes to show on Meta.
-
Temporary lock: While syncing, further edits to the campaign or creatives are disabled.
-
Update confirmation: Once syncing is complete, the campaign will show the last updated date.
-
Failed updates: If an update fails, you’ll see an error message with details and suggested next steps. (see below)
