Yes you can. But it depends if there are still Taste Clusters available. You can check that by navigating to Wave and then clicking on the active campaign. If you see the following view it is possible to add more Taste Cluster without contacting your Customer Success Manager:
At the bottom you see your already active Taste Clusters by clicking on "Active campaigns". The set up of the additional Taste Clusters work the same as every other campaign. You can choose the same end date or a different one for the new ones. The chosen budget for a new Taste Cluster will be added automatically to the current budget in Meta.
If you don't want to raise the budget please change it back yourself in Meta if you have access to your Meta Ad Account and let us know. If not please contact our Customer Success Team to find a solution.
If the view looks like the screenshot below when clicking on the active campaign where you want to add Taste Clusters please contact the Customer Success Team as this means there would be no more Taste Clusters available. We can as an exception create new Taste Clusters for you if necessary. Once they are added we will contact you and you can set them up with the above mentioned things you have to keep in mind (budget, runtime).
